Husky Injection Molding – Chiller Plant Upgrades

In 1999 New England Air Systems provided mechanical and plumbing services for the new Husky Injection Molding plant in Milton, VT. Over 20 years later we replaced the original ammonia-based chillers with R-514A chillers, replaced the black iron pipe with stainless steel, and provided all new insulation and painting. The three new high-efficient Trane chillers provide 900 tons of process and HVAC cooling to the building. New England Air Systems was the prime contractor for this swap out that allowed the business to stay operational during construction!
