Proctor Academy added a new barn style building to their private boarding school campus located on 2,500 rural acres in Andover, NH. This new building includes a wet lab and dry lab classroom space, as well as classroom space for other departments that are looking to connect with the outdoors. To help make these new additions, New England Air Systems provided complete design build HVAC and plumbing systems plans, and worked with general contractor HP Cummings to bring the project to life.
Many hands were involved in working on this project for the the new building. For plumbing, we installed piping, floor drains, fixtures, and a water heater among many other pieces of plumbing equipment and fixtures. Our sheet metal team installed (3) HYPERHEAT Split Systems, exhaust fan, combustion air duct and a variety of other heating devices. The controls were put into operation and startups perfromed by our service department.
