Aten Dental of St. Albans expanded the space of their current practice, adding 3 new exam rooms with the addition of a clinical surgical suite. With the expansion and additions, we rearranged the existing HVAC system to accommodate the new practice layout and replaced the existing medical vacuum and medical air compressor.
This project has also consisted of adding a new water heater with hot water recirculation to serve the new space along with the new ADA bathroom and washer and dryer hookups. Our service department helped by relocating existing thermostats and commissioned the existing gas fired furnace and AC system.
