Washington County Courthouse

For the Vermont Judiciary’s Civil Courthouse project at the Washington County Courthouse, New England Air provided comprehensive HVAC and plumbing upgrades while diligently preserving the historical integrity of the facility. This undertaking required both mechanical and structural engineering expertise. An interesting detail of this project is the building’s rich history, marked by a plaque indicating the water level of the 1927 flood, which reached well above head height on the first floor.
