Founded in 2009 in Hardwick, Vermont, Caledonia Spirits is the distiller of award winning, handcrafted, Barr Hill Gin & Vodka. Caledonia Spirits has seen tremendous growth in their business over the years and so decided to build a flagship store and distillery along the river in Montpelier.
For this fast paced, multi-use facility, the owner and construction manager relied on the expertise and manpower at New England Air Systems to perform the mechanical and plumbing scope of work. At over 30,000 SF, the new facility features welded stainless-steel water lines, heavy duty trench drains, food grade insulation, and exposed ductwork.
At peak construction, the project called for upwards of 30 crew members on site from New England Air Systems.
