How We Protect the Safety of our Team
At New England Air Systems, we have safety programs and initiatives that set us apart in our field.
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is company-provided for employees.
- Each employee completes a mandatory safety orientation before starting work in the field and shop.
- All field and shop employees are OSHA 10 certified.
- We maintain a safety committee that meets regularly.
- In-house safety trainers provide on-the-job training throughout the year for specific applications.
- We publish weekly ‘toolbox talks’ and provide monthly safety newsletters.
- Site-specific safety planning is developed for each job.
- Annual Safety Day Training for all field and shop employees.
- Apprenticeship programs include detailed safety components.
We provide more than 2,500 hours in safety training for our employees each year.
