Heather Ferrara

President and CEO

Heather is the President and CEO at New England Air Systems. Heather has a hands-on role in the company and is involved in every aspect of the business. Her commitment is to her employees, their families, and their customers. She has worked her way through the ranks of the company starting in business administration, marketing and business development, HR and Benefits, to managing the executive team as Executive Vice President in 2000. In 2010, she became part owner of New England Air Systems, and in 2015 purchased the company to become sole owner.

Heather lives in Hinesburg with her husband and an ever-expanding family of pets. She enjoys traveling, nature, horseback riding, gardening, golfing, and boating.

Tiffany Sorrentino

HR Manager

Tiffany is the Human Resource Manager at New England Air Systems. She is responsible for developing recruitment strategies, implementing systems for managing staff benefits, payroll and behavior and onboarding new employees, anything and everything people related. She has over 12 years of experience in the HR industry along with SHRM-CP certification.

Outside of work, Tiffany enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, traveling, spending time at the lake and baking.

Rob Favali

Executive Vice President

Rob Favali is our Executive Vice President at New England Air Systems. He has over 46 years of Mechanical-HVAC, Plumbing and specialty design-build experience. Throughout his career, Rob has held senior executive level positions with both multi-disciplined consulting engineering companies and mechanical-HVAC design-build contractors.

Rob provides leadership and direction for the company’s estimating and design-build engineering teams. Using his years of experience, he participates in the Company’s sales effort, developing design-build projects, providing client-focused solutions, and mentoring our younger team members. He thoroughly enjoys contributing to the overall pursuit of excellence at New England Air Systems.

Rob maintains memberships in ASME, NFPA and ASHRAE. A life member of ASHRAE, he is past President of the Vermont chapter. Outside of work, you will find Rob golfing, alpine skiing, practicing shooting sports, and enjoying his church and life with his wife Gayel.

Randy Chicoine

Senior Project Manager

Randy is a Senior Project Manager at New England Air Systems and has over 47 years of in the mechanical HVAC business. During his career with us, Randy has worked as a welder, sheet metal foreman, and HVAC designer. He is responsible for managing projects of all sizes and overseeing the fabrication shop. He also has managed design build projects, has supervised crews of up to 40 people and has managed several fast-track projects for some of New England Air Systems’ best customers.

Randy is married with 3 grown children. Outside of work Randy enjoys golfing, woodworking, hunting and most importantly spending time with his 5 grandchildren.

Ray St. Pierre

Service Manager

Ray is our Service Manager at New England Air Systems and has over 25 years of experience with our company. He has been managing the service department over the last 12 years with a department of 30 service technicians and office staff. Ray has additional responsibilities including managing the shipping and receiving department and handling insurance claims related to motor vehicle crashes.

Ray is married to his high school sweetheart and has 4 grown children and 1 grandchild. Outside of work Ray enjoys his Malinois/German Shepard dog, boating, golfing, ice hockey, and working his “hobby job” as a police officer in the Town of Essex.
