Nestled between the interstate and Williston Road is the beautifully landscaped and rolling meadows of Tech Park. It is here that New England Federal Credit Union, along with ReArch Company, decided to build their corporate headquarters. Knowing the value of the engineering team at New England Air Systems, the owners chose us as their design/build contractor.
The building presented many challenges, including numerous floor-to-ceiling windows and small control zones to provide optimal comfort to all employees. We designed and built a 4-pipe fan coil system that includes a Carrier chiller, Patterson Kelley Boilers, and Temperature Control of Vermont DDC Controls.
This system will allow for simultaneous cooling and heating, providing occupants with maximum comfort while they are sitting in front of big, sun-filled windows!
